NBC Bay Area: CA banned ‘hidden’ fees, but we still found them in San Jose

The price you see is now supposed to be the price you pay for concert tickets, sporting events, and most other entertainment in California. But NBC Bay Area Responds put it to the test and found a number of violators in San Jose and beyond.
