Arianna Ramirez

Arianna Ramirez is currently a student at San Jose State University, earning a degree in political science. She grew up on the East Side of San Jose and hopes to be a voice for the Latinx community through San José Spotlight.

Her passion for writing was inspired by a journalism class she took at Philips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, where she wrote for the school newspaper.

In her free time, Arianna enjoys attending music festivals, trying new food and spending time with her family.
