John Bricker

John Bricker is a journalism senior at San Jose State University who has served as executive producer and as a staff writer at the university’s student newspaper, the Spartan Daily.

Graduating from De Anza College with an associate degree in journalism in 2019, he served as opinion editor, copy editor and reporter at De Anza’s La Voz News and contributes articles and reviews to the online music publication All About Jazz.

He hopes to help uncover how the coronavirus pandemic is affecting citizens of San Jose with San José Spotlight and hone his skills as a news reporter.
