Akemi Flynn has been working for equity and multicultural community building in Silicon Valley for over 25 years.
She serves as Chief Impact Officer at American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley, a cross-sector network of leaders that brings diverse leaders together to create an equitable and thriving Silicon Valley. Previously, she was executive director of PACT: People Acting in Community Together, a multi-faith, multi-racial organization leading grassroots community organizing for racial and economic justice.
