Our reporters captured the excitement of Election Day from the moment the polls opened at 7 a.m. They caught up with candidates out in the field canvassing for last minute votes and met them again at election night watch parties.

Super Tuesday in California ran the gamut of local, state and federal races. Some brought surprises, others were expected. Now it’s on to the November runoffs.
